Season 2 Episode 23 (Fireworks and Flames)

Our second segment we "Grinch Gambles" a bit of a twist with a "Sunday Survey" where over 600+ cannabis consumers showed that they are more likely to exercise than east fast food or drink alcohol according to reports via Marijuana Moment. For years, the thought from those who were against  cannabis was that consumers were lazy, sluggish, and slovenly people who munched and slept all day. This survey speaks to how times have changed.

It was the 4th of July weekend, therefore fireworks, cookouts, and family and friends was a must. They say dispensaries are the safe route, or that's the ideal that the government would like all to believe. Is it us, or does it seem like there are frequent recalls with dispensaries nowadays?!

Season 2 Episode 21 (Spring Fling 2025 420 Weekend)

The lawsuit argues claims the union has become on of the only labor union that meets the law's standards. Due to this being the first lawsuit regarding the state. challenging labor peace agreements provisions, we are certain there will be more to come on this story as time progresses. Time will tell.
Our next segment "Grinch Gambles" takes us to Missouri where over 6,000 products are being recalled...again?! As a reminder this same state had recalls back in 2023! According to reports the department recalled products for the same reason it issued the original recall back in 2023. How does 63,000 products get recalled two years prior with another new 6,000 being recalled for the same reason? Who dropped the ball? Join the conversation as we discuss further.

Season 2 Episode 20 (No Action and FBI Delays)

Find out why according to reports, the FBI recently decided to deny requests by the Delaware's State Bureau of identification and Department of Justice to conduct  the federal background checks for state's cannabis licensing process. Does the FBI always get what they want? How will this roadblock impact the state of Delaware's adult-use cannabis industry launch, which is set for late spring 2025? Time will tell.

The agenda was date night with the wonderful, weediful Mrs. Grinch where we enjoyed "custom" cheesesteaks and some nostalgic Buffalo chicken wraps for grub, although no one does it like Buffalo, NY.
