Current Maine law prohibits ads within 1,000 feet of schools to avert the appeal to children, however does it? The typical pros and cons tug of war between cannabis advocates and adversaries in this segment. Add on. 
 
Lastly, we wrap up with our final segment "Grinch Grub" because when you grinch good, one must grub even greater. Season 2 Episode 17 (Sky Kush AM Kisses)

A recent bill has been created to lay the framework for adult-use  retail cannabis sales in Virginia according to reports. This measure would allow the Cannabis Control Authority (CCA) to begin issuing adult-use cannabis licenses on September 1, but would not permit legal sales to commence until May 1, 2026. It seems it will only be a matter of time before all states begin to utilize the cannabis industry and dispensaries as their very own "piggy bank". What are your thoughts?

Season 2 Episode 14 (Berry Biscotti)

It's simple, lawmaking officials have seen and heard from their fellow lawmakers of neighboring states of the flowing profitability and tax income that cannabis can and will produce. Next, we head to our "Grinch Gambles" segment where "High Times" and fraud are being tied together due to the founder of Hightimes Holding Corp pleading guilty to conspiracy charges involving undisclosed payments to a stock analyst. Schemes, pipe dreams and the demise of a once storied cannabis magazine. How will things end for "HIgh Times" as things look somewhat bleak? Time will tell.
Lastly, we wrap up with our final segment, "Grinch Grub" with Mrs. Grinch out of town due to family matters, I had to answer the call of duty of becoming "Chef Boyar-Bud" lol.  Roasted rotisserie chicken and broccoli was on the menu. Medicinally this strain is utilized to relieve ailments such as pain, anxiety, depression, as well as stress.

Next, we head to the state of California for our "Grinch Gambles" segment where fires are burning rampantly. As wildfires have raged across LA county, it has destroyed over 10,000 structures and crippled many within the cannabis industry. Excessive smoke, power outages, temporary and extended closures of dispensaries have been some of the dilemmas inhibiting businesses within the area. Tap in as we share some of the feedback from Californians enduring wildfires and a cannabis crisis.

In our first segment "Bud Business", we head to the state of Pennsylvania's got that hay, or do they?! Lawmakers plan to introduce a cannabis legalization bill one again claiming that they have a moral obligation to not only legalize but to also repair the decades of damage caused by marijuana arrests. Are they feeling moral, or more of a case of missing money and all of the profitability that "Grinch" aka cannabis can bring? We believe its the latter, tap in as we discuss and talk hundred of millions at stake in PA.
 
Our next segment, "Grinch Gambles" takes us to Illinois, where police may pull you over and ask, "Is that weed I smell?". According to reports, a recent ruling with the Illinois Supreme Court says that the smell of raw cannabis alone is now considered legal grounds for police to conduct a vehicle search. Always know the laws where you're at and where you are going when it pertains to cannabis.
