As time goes on, only time will tell how state regulations handle this cannabinoid frenzy, however for now you can find hemp derived packs just about anywhere, even your local gas station.
Our next segment, "Grinch Gambles" takes us to the state of Maryland, where Curio Wellness (Far & Dotter dispensary/Timonium) was recently fined $26,000 ($130/Gram) due to employees dumping 200 grams of pre packaged flower in a dumpster only to retrieve it two days later to sell to customers! This clearly shows that in the name of profit/capitalism that many of these dispensaries will color outside of the lines some at the expense of customer safety.
Lastly, we wrap up with our Grinch Grub segment. In this segment Ms. Grinch goes "Great Wall"! Did she order...No she didn't order Chinese food, she whipped up some General Grinch's chicken and shrimp with fried rice, not to be confused with General Tso's lol. To think a had a whole combination platter lmao all in the comfort of the Grinchpad!

Season 1 Episode 21 (Don't Monkey Around w Bud & Blue)

In this episode (21) we discuss a potent indica strain named, Monkey Butter! Monkey Butter has an interesting lineage as it's a cross between Gorilla Glue #4 x Peanut Butter Breath. The unique combination of this strain results in a whole lot of flavor and a vast amount of potency! Monkey Butter comes in ranging between 23%-26% THC so in other words DO NOT monkey around with Monkey Butter as it can have you slumped if you aren't careful and/or experienced. Call animal control, Monkey Butter is a stout bud beast!
In our next segment of 'Bud Business' we take it international for our fellow Germany listeners and followers. Why Germany, you may ask? That's due to the fact that Germany's lawmakers have decided to vote to legalize adult-use Cannabis. It was voted upon in the lower chamber of their parliament by a vote of 407-226, to pass legislation this past month of February (23rd). This legislation will allow those 18 years and older to partake in Cannabis, as well as allowing up to three plants at home. Das Weed, welcome to Germany lol!
Next, our 'Grinch Gambles' segment takes us to the sunny state of California, where California Officials are selling seized bongs to cover unpaid Cannabis taxes. Yes, you heard that right, they are selling bongs to obtain some form of compensation on unlicensed and tax delinquent cannabis dispensaries. California Officials said they need their increments by any means necessary. The government doesn't play about taxes, especially when it's 14.4 million that they are owed!!
Finally, we wrap up with our typical 'Grinch Grub' segment because after you grinch, one must grub with Bud & Blue Grinch.

Season 1 Episode 20 (Delta This, Delta That)

In this episode (20) we discuss a strong 50/50 Hybrid by the name of Johnny Glaze. Johnny Glaze is a cross between Johnny Blaze x Glazed Cherries which is as good as it sounds lol. The dominant terpene within this strain is Caryophyllene which is known to aid with its inflammatory and pain subsiding qualities. Johnny Glaze comes in strong at 25% THC and is recommended to experienced users.
Next, in 'Bud Business' we discuss the many faces and types of Deltas. Many of us know and recognize the most commonly known Delta, which is Delta-9 THC (tetrahydrocannabinol aka THC) the primary ingredient in cannabis that helps reach that euphoric "lift" from consumption. Delta-8 THC which is another cannabinoid now saturates the market with many safety concerns along with others such as Delta-10 THC, Delta-8 THC O Acetate and HHC, yes HHC (hexahydrocannabinol). Many of these new and emerging cannabinoids should have more testing prior to releasing to the consumers as it has in our opinion.
In our 'Grinch Gambles' segment we talk of the huge AT&T and Verizon phone outage that left many in the country without means of contact for quite some time. Many consumers noticed an SOS being depicted in their upper right hand corners which many found that they had no service, internet at all!! We discuss why, and how this happened? Was this a test? How did this impact you? Are we too dependent on technology??
Lastly, we wrap up with our usual 'Grinch Grub' segment where we hit the fridge for some clean eating of chicken sausage and green beans and call it a night. Forgive me I was #Grinched on the outro loll! Remember to #Grinchresponsibly Have a great weekend everyone!

Season 1 Episode 19 (Plenty Money, No Banking)

In this episode (19) we discuss another solid hybrid strain known as Cherry Banana OG. CB OG is cross between Black Cherry Gelato x Banana Cream OG. This strain comes in at 22% THC which can be mild for some, however if you aren't an experienced user, know thy limit and Grinch responsibly. The wonderful smell of sweet cherries will fill your nose as the orange and purple tints of the flower appeals to your eyes! Allow the dominant terpene of Myrcene to ameliorate your day or evening by silencing your stress and/or debilitating your depression.
In our next segment of "Bud Business" we revisit the dilemma and lack of security that cannabis businesses have to endure due to being high volume cash establishments, which makes them "targets for theft". We specifically discuss the lack of banking services to the cannabis industry due to laws such as the Anti Money Laundering Law. Will congress allow bank reform by way of the SAFE Act although it's passed the U.S. House seven previous times? What's more important security or profit?
Our next segment takes us to the state of Minnesota for "Grinch Gambles". Winnebago, Minnesota to be exact, where the Mayor and his son were charged for an illegal cannabis grow! The Mayor took full advantage of his resources and acumen to sustain cannabis grows with over 200+ plants. While the Mayor was slapped on the wrist he should be commended for his proactive nature of cannabis growing due to Minnesota's cannabis legalization law passed last year and state regulated sales are expected to kick off next year. I'd say the Mayor has a nice contingency plan after his term ends.
After you grinch, you gotta grub, it's simple! During our "Grinch Grub" segment we keep it simple, we keep it "Great Wall" with shrimp fried rice w $2 extra shrimp and 30 packets of soy sauce we have no intention of using to store in the fridge lol! Remember convenience is key after you grinch so you don't blow your high or mine for that matter.

Season 1 Episode 18 (Gator Breath)

In this episode (18) we discuss another hybrid strain known as Gator Breath. Gator breath is cross of Motor Breath and Triangle Kush! If you think it sounds stout, then you are correct because it is! Gator Breath packs a lot of bite coming in at 26% THC, which means this is a veterans only meeting LOL! Gator Breath is dominant with the terpene Caryophyllene, which is known for its anti-inflammatory qualities. This strain is known medicinally to assist with insomnia, MS, anxiety, stress, and depression.
In our next segment of 'Bud Business', we go to the state of Florida, where they are attempting to block your cannabis intake, or are they?! Florida lawmakers look to limit or cap THC potency for the adult use market at 30% THC for flower and 60% for extracts with H.B. 1269. What's their motive? Is the government attempting to protect their citizens? Is this a good or bad thing? Tap In!
Next we go to the state of Maryland for our 'Grinch Gambles' segment where lawmakers are attempting to reinstate traffic stops and searches solely on the basis of smelling cannabis or grinch! 2022, the voters approve cannabis legalization, 2023 adult use opens up in Maryland, and now in 2024 they want to roll out the 'Drug Free Roadways Act of 2024', sounds like a damn trap to me!! 
After you grinch one must grub, which brings us to our final segment known as 'Grinch Grub' where we discuss what's on the menu. In this episode Bud Grinch and Ms. Grinch eat very well and it's all for FREE!!!

Season 1 Episode 17 (Tax Time, Trees, Refunds, and Reefer)

In this episode (17) we discuss a hybrid strain known as Gelato 25. Gelato 25 comes in ranging between 20%-25% on the THC tip. This strain can be strong for some therefore it's recommended to experienced individuals. Gelato 25 is known to have a sweet flavor and aroma which goes in line with the name some. This strain is a cross between Sunset Sherbet and Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies. Gelato 25 is known to impact those that consume with feelings of happy, hungry, and sleepy LOL!! Medicinally this strain is known to assist those ailing from things such as pain, stress, anxiety, and insomnia to name a few. The anti-inflammatory properties of this strain hails from the dominant terpene within this strain, Caryophyllene.
In our next segment of Bud Business, we discuss the consumption of cannabis versus the consumption of sleep aid pills and their impacts or lack thereof with those battling insomnia or any other rest/sleeping issues. We've posed this question before, and will pose it again! Are dispensaries the new 'come up' for robberies?? Unfortunately dispensaries are heavy cash businesses due to "game of tug a war" between the state government versus the federal government. Many states have legalized while Cannabis is still deemed illicit by the Feds. The SAFE banking act looms large as many advocates push for traditional banking systems for those in the Cannabis business to assist in the reduction of robberies and other associated risks with heavy cash businesses.
As usual we wrap up with our final segment 'Grinch Grub' where we discuss lemon pepper and orange pepper chicken wings as well as the proper way to eat them...with blue cheese of course!

Season 1 Episode 16 (Bananas & Cherries)

In this episode (16) we discuss the wonderful smelling strain of "Bananas x Cherries". Don't allow the sweet scents to trick you, this is an indica dominant strain with 23% THC that can leave one somewhat sedated, as always each individuals tolerance is different so "Grinch" responsibly. This strain comes about by crossing Banana Kush with Cherry Puff. Medicinally this strain tends to be utilized to increase appetite, pain relief, insomnia, as well stress/depression, thanks to the terpene Myrcene.
In our next segment of Bud business. We cover part 2 of of the nations top 6 newest Adult-use Cannabis markets performances of the past year and current year outlooks and sales projections for the states of MO, MD, and VT. We are talking buku bucks...Billions of dollars to be exact!!
Next, in our 'Grinch Gambles' segment we go to the state of Indiana where the RIchmond police department shares some useful texting practices to avert being locked up like the individual who mistakenly somehow texted law enforcement which led them to get knocked and charged with a felony for approximately $10,000 worth of product (flower/wax etc. as well as a handgun and cash. ALWAYS double check your text!!

Season 1 Episode 15 (Dab me up Scotty)

In this episode (15) we decide to decipher the world of dabbing. First, before we go any further you need to know that dabbing is NOT recommended for newbies as it may have you begging to never get lifted again lol! Dab with extreme caution as coughing your ass off is highly likely!
Dabbing is a method of heating up and smoking concentrates. As you may or may not know, when things are concentrated they tend to pack a vast amount of potency. Dabbing as you'll hear and/or find out is no damn different! We talk about the components necessary in order to dab, ranging from dab rigs to torches, all the way to shatter/dab wax ranging anywhere from 50%-90% THC, and yes you read those numbers properly!
Since Grinching responsibly is key, we also talk about some of the drawbacks that can occur due to the elevated levels of THC from dabbing.
In our next segment, Bud Business, we discuss the levels of legal weed that is grown in the US. How much would you guess?? What if I told you the amount that the US grows is a few thousand metric tons?! If that doesn't floor you, keep in mind the few thousand metric tons grown aren't anywhere near the US demand!!
Next, we revisit dabbing in our Grinch gambles segment where we draw on past dabbing experiences and how swiftly it lifts you up to where you are so high, it's possible you'll be looking for a chaperon or a stewardess to escort you down, I know we were lol!
Lastly, we wrap up the episode with our typical Grinch Grub segment where we talk a little food, because after you grinch one must grub, it's law.
